All returns require a pre approved Returns Authorization obtained within 30 days of purchase and delivery.

Shipping instructions will be provided with the RA number. In cases where the merchandise ordered was received undamaged, the customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 15 % restocking fee will be assessed.
